Practically no good reviews in the last year. The only reason this company has 4 stars is because of the several 5 stars from 7-10 years ago and has seriously gone down hill since then. This company has severe lack of communication and professionalism. My tracking number says that they’ve had my couch in their facility for a week and a half…finally made contact and I said that I’d rather pick it up myself from them. To which they responded saying “we probably don’t even have it”. What? Would have never use this company had I’d had another option. 0/5 stars.

Your drivers need to learn how to use a roundabout. They need to learn to give way to someone already in the roundabout from their left side. One 9f your drivers nearly smashed into us.

We were supposed to receive a phone call to schedule a delivery date and time within 2 business days of them receiving our item. After 7 business days we tried to call them with no answer and texting we received a response with a scheduled delivery date and time frame. Called them the day of the delivery during business hours and no response and item not received. Contacted the ordering company and they too were not able to make contact. Item not received and no communication from the company as to why delivery was not going to happen or to reschedule delivery.
