Entitled, rude owner! Go somewhere else!

Booked to the gills in my area and surrounding. I was unable to find a rental storage unit ANYWHERE. It was so refreshing when Ginny despite the fact she had nothing to offer me as she was booked like the rest of everyone else in town and beyond still called to let me know that she was booked and to wish me luck. I just thought that was so nice. Definitely saves me the time of going back and calling later and double checking thinking maybe I didn't leave a message or maybe they didn't get it. It was just very thoughtful of her. Above and beyond. To me that's fantastic A+ customer service and sadly, that is a dying thing anymore. She even went as far to say that she would have been pleased to have me as a renter!
In the end I was able to I found one unit in town somewhere I really didn't want to be, with terrible hours, inconvenient, expensive, and just not what I wanted at all however you win some you lose some. Just hoping I can give her to Nicholson storage soon Ginny stands out as does Nicholson's storage for this. Thanks a lot Ginny you rock! See you when you have some free space soon I'll be moving over!

I can’t say enough good things about Nicholson!! I have had a unit there for 10 years with no issues. Ginny has been wonderful to work with and goes above and beyond to help. Very safe and secure no issues with bugs or critters. Excellent experience
