Three of their men came to my apartment to pack my stuff up and two of the men just threw my stuff down the apartment stairs and my speakers too.

These people are the most disgusting, sickening, low-life, scum of the earth bottom feeders I’ve ever met. They prey on those who are already struggling and down on their luck. I was evicted and they left behind a vast majority of my belongings, including necessities for my 2 year old daughter, my medications, almost all of my furniture, and much much more. I was forced to wait nearly a week to receive my exempt property, and was told I needed to put in a request even though I had asked for it multiple times. I only received my exempt property when I physically went in person to PAY them, and when I unpacked my exempt property I received summer clothes and shoes (in November), NO clothes for my 2 year old, no wipes, no medicine, no blankets, but gee I’m sure glad they gave me a bag of purses and Polaroid photos! I definitely needed those to survive! After I paid $900 to retrieve my property and went to the storage unit and noticed almost all of my furniture was missing, I was told they “weren’t allowed to store mattresses since covid”. How does that make any sense??!! And they told me they were “very picky” about what furniture they were allowed to keep, saying that if any couches or chairs had stains on them they would consider it trash. Who are you to tell me my BELONGINGS are trash??!! I’m already getting evicted, do you think I can afford to replace my couches, bed, desk, dining table and chairs, etc? They didn’t include any of my dishes or any cookware, nothing from my bathroom including all my skincare, haircare, medicines, glasses, contacts, makeup or toiletries, they left behind me and my baby’s mattresses and didn’t even bother to remove the sheets, blankets, or pillows and pillowcases to give to me! I’m assuming since I lived on the third floor they were too lazy to carry my furniture down the stairs and decided to call them trash. These scumbags not only left behind thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of my belongings behind, but also STOLE my MacBook and Nintendo switch. I HIGHLY doubt they would consider those trash, yet I didn’t receive them. They are THIEVES, PREDATORS, AND ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE SUBHUMAN CREATURES. I truly hope these people rot in hell for what they’ve done to me. They deserve be thrown in prison and rot there for the rest of their lives. Absolutely detestable sleazy scumbags.
