I should be grading a zero. Very disappointed with this company. They breeched our contract and tried charging us more money. Moving date ended in being 2 days past the moving date. The person that set up our contract was on a lunch break for 2 days. They contracted out to another moving company without our knowledge. They even said their truck broke down after we waited on them all day to call. They called after business hours to let us know. Our move on the contract was scheduled for Monday, we didn’t get moved till Wednesday. We have to pay for a 2 night stay in a Motel waiting to find out when they would move up. So stressful and disrespectful!!!!! The movers were from a 800 number not College Park.
I advise you not to use these people. The phone reps were rude and not understanding at all. They asked for 1/2 down, and the other 1/2 at delivery.
When the furniture was delivered they asked for $500.00 over the contract amount. Which we didn’t pay. My husband treating to sue the company before they would drop out furniture, and not try changing us and additional $500.00 over the contract amount that we agreed to. Liars and thieves. DON’T CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!

I can’t say enough good things about North American Movers LLC. This is a wonderful, local Atlanta business. Derrick always took my calls and responded quickly to questions I had before the move. Derrick and Leo were incredibly efficient, professional, and extremely nice. They wrapped and moved all of my furniture with great care and expertise. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them, again.

North American Movers did a Long Distance move for my mother and it was awesome. Derrick was easy to work with and very professional.

Stay away!! Absolutely terrible.

My review is not fake. (like you state to every bad review). They outsource all their moves to a random third party company and then when you are told different amounts for the move and the time of the move is changed 6+ plus times they do not hold any responsibility. They are brokers NOT movers. As if moving is not stressful enough! Save yourself the hassle
