The movers broke a lot of our belongings. They showed no respect when stacking containers and boxes, many were crushed. Items they wrapped in blankets were destroyed. Several things came up missing. They would not admit or attempt to compensate us at all. The driver had a helper who asked us for a tip and became aggressive with the storage unit manager. When reported, the manager of A-1 in Houston never responded.

Moving is hard! Cross country moving is even harder. With all the moving scams, I was fearful that I would even get my furniture back! I read every review, got a dozen quotes. I decided on North American Van Lines and I was not disappointed. I paid a little more but the service was worth every penny. You can stop shopping movers and just call these guys.

Poor customer service and difficult to deal with.
