So North American Van Lines, writ large, I've had good experiences with. Not this contractor. Confusion all up and down the chain about when and how delivery would be made, an unresponsive 'move coordinator,' and nearly every box I shipped was crushed. It's like they threw the sofa on top of all the boxes...a couple times. Steel beams and brass fixtures were bent, hardwood furniture destroyed, boxes opened and rifled through.

This is one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of being associated with. The held my stuff hostage, tried to force me to pay extra for my stuff after they held it, the first time around, without my permission and then made the entire experience a horror show. At the point all of my stuff is presumed gone, trashed, destroyed, and there is nothing I can do about it but write reviews and make complaints to make sure that what happened to me doesn't happen to someone else

I will NEVER use this moving company again! they not only damaged several items , but lost several boxes. They tell you you are insured and to just file a claim , but when you do, they don't deliver. They have an antiquated system as it pertains to keeping track of your boxes and the movers who delivered my things could not be bothered when I told them I was missing boxes. no scanning system, no way of locating your stuff. the adjuster actually said to me that some else could have my stuff but unless they return it it's nothing they can do. really? was basically told that they couldn't find my stuff and too bad, they're not gonna do anything about it. If you value any of your belongings DO NOT use them.
