The owner has called my personal cell phone multiple times but hung up on me mid-sentence. It was kind of rude and they buy leads from scam marketing places.

Edit in response to reply from owner: Why would I call and wait on hold when you called me and hung up on me mid sentence. You went out of your way to be rude-- why would I wait on hold to tell you about that? Because you copy-pasted a generic response?

I don't usually write reviews but I am beyond frustrated. During our move they they broke our $1000 TV, and two expensive, one of a kind lighting fixtures that we got at a boutique. The mover working for the company told us to take photos of the damaged items and dispose of them. We did just so, as we do not have room to store broken televisions in our condo for 3 months. We took precise photos with the DATE stamped and packaging still on the items from the move, with clear damages. Also have a receipt for new TV we had to buy. I went through the claims process, and they denied the claim on two items, and gave a quote for a cheap $300 light from wayfair, 'similar' to our chandelier that broke.

Stay away. You will never get your damaged items back. Go with a more reliable and proper company.

Awful. Worked with suddhath. Broke several things in transit (things that they packed). We also purchased the extra insurance and they don’t cover anything. Very dishonest company.
