North American Van Lines

The Team did a fantastic job. They worked tirelessly and with care to package our house up and move across country. The packing team even worked on New Year’s Day to get the job done. Everyone was very professional and courteous. When the team unloaded they worked through some challenging situations and maintained a positive attitude. It was pouring rain and the truck had to be unloaded a ways from the house because of the driveway restrictions. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service. They truely went above and beyond.

From start to finish everything was very professional. From our quote from Nick Manley, to our wonderful crew that packed and loaded our belongings with such care. Our belongings arrived right on time and unloaded with care. Everything came in same condition as when packed. Aaron Davis was awesome! Him and his crew were great! Very personable worked very well together. I wish I remembered all there names. You hear a lot of horror stories about moving companies. But, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!

My wife and I have moved quite a few times and this time using North American Van Lines was exceptional. The packing crew did an excellent job with protecting our furniture for the 3000 mile journey. The crew that unloaded also did an excellent job putting furniture back together and getting us moved in. Both crews were very friendly and respected our belongings. We were very surprised and pleased that nothing was broken or lost so we would recommend this moving company to anyone in an instance!!

We moved for the second time in four years and used North American Van Lines twice. The movers themselves did fine, but the crooks from the Sterling Movers are terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their appraiser Nick sat in my kitchen and flat out lied to my face about the costs and the plan for our move. He stated that the other quote from another mover was wrong just to get my business when that other quote was correct. He then tried to blame me and then his own driver when we were over 7000 lbs heavier than Nick has expected (roughly a third of my house). I asked to speak to his manager Ryan over two weeks ago and again last week, and I am still waiting for a call back to discuss this, but I guess my business isn’t worth his time. I will not use North American Van Lines again and I will actively try and prevent them from getting business from anyone.

Estimate was spot on (actually a bit less than expected), movers were fantastic, communication was excellent.
