Aaron and Ralo were very professional and very hard workers.

I recently moved several states and was guaranteed all of my large furniture items would be shrink wrapped and additionally wrapped with moving blankets. No shrink wrapping was used at all and the movers ran out of moving blankets which left me with several pieces of furniture without any proper care - in the end, no surprise here - naturally they arrived at my new location with damages! Additionally I requested 48 hours notice for delivery date which given the window of 10 days from their side was a reasonable request given I also needed to drive several states. They refused to do that and instead gave less than 24 hours notice, contacting via text on a Sunday evening to say they would arrive Monday afternoon. When the movers did finally show up, it was after 6pm, outside of the normal move in range which meant we were unable to lock the loading dock. To move a two bedroom apartment they provided only two people, which meant the work took more than four hours for them to unload. I am now unpacked and settled in - most things in my boxes remained safe - however in general am super disappointed in the lack of care upfront and the poor planning and collaboration upon delivery. Previously, I used Dumbo Moving from NY and although more expensive, they were thousand times more professional and careful with my belongings. I will not recommend or use North American Van Lines again.

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Everything arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion. I was especially impressed with the two crews who packed and unpacked everything. I would definitely recommend North American Van Lines.
