Moving went ok. Didn’t like the workers fighting with each other on pick up. But the biggest thing was a day after I hired them I needed to change the date by one day and they charged me $350 for this. I can see 50 or 75 dollars, but $350??? They knew they had me in a bind and took advantage of it.

Overall, a good experience. If you can be flexible on timelines this is a good outfit to save a few bucks.
My only complaint and why I am not giving 5 stars is that my weight estimate was off by 50%. Kind of a lot, especially when I got rid of stuff between the time of the estimate and before the move.
Two things to keep in mind even with that critique -
1) It was a NON binding estimate and I knew that going in
2) They still came in cheaper than anyone else
So overall, not bad. If you're an enormous cheapskate like me with flexible timelines who can plan ahead and demands the job be done well, this is the company for you.

I highly recommend North American Van Lines to handle your relocation. The process from start to finish was stress free. Clear communication from Anthony. Our valuables were handled with care. The pricing was good. My parents used this company in 1987 and had a great experience. Talk about longevity.
