Careful, responsible, respectful, professional, friendly, responsive. I recommend them 100%. Everyone was great from the person who first visited us for an estimate, to the office person, packing, and moving team. Moving came on time, nothing was lost. Exellent communication. Made my experience not stressful when I truly needed it. Thank you Everyone!

The moving team was very friendly and polite. The main issue was the things that were left behind. If they had disassembled the shelves that the sales team said would be disassembled, there would have been adequate room for heavy items left behind. Now I have to get a U-Haul and hire help to finish. Also, despite labeling done and a promise that boxes would be put in rooms as labeled, things ended up in odd places and most of it just dumped in garage.
