Great moving company! I have used them for my last two moves. Very satisfied!

Great all-around job. Packing went well as did the loading. Truck arrived on the first day of the window I was given. Unloading was bery smooth. Michael Vega and his helpers at both locations were great.

North American Van Lines did an amazing job moving us from New Jersey to South Carolina. The packing crew was very efficient and we received our furniture in our new home ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.

L & J North American Van Lines did an outstanding and amazing job in handling our move from PA to FL. I would recommend using them for any move.

Worst service I have ever witnessed. They lied about delivery times and caused great chaos. I was not there to see the packing process but was at there at the delivery site. The two men were rough with the items and their dollies running into walls scraping interior surfaces causing damage to the house itself and the furnishings. I watched them break my grams desk . They were like bulls in a China cabinet! Neither spoke English and they arrived in a Budget rental truck not an American Van lines vehicle. When they wanted my Mother to sign off on their delivery and I asked to review it the one Ukranian kid literally snatched the paper work out of my hand. My Mom said this is my daughter she can read it. I don't have my glasses. I proceeded to write that the desk was damaged and he started yelling at me. Btw btw be sure to check that inventory sheet they fill it out generically and dont write the true items down. Then he told my Mom a copy would be emailed even though there was carbon paper and customer copies. I took it from him and there was a physical confrontation between he and I. Him snatching it and me snatching it back, he jumped on my back like a crazy monkey to get it. Called me crazy but I refused to let it go until I got that copy. I called him an AH before they drove away. I'm sure my Moms new neighbors got an eyeful. I would NEVER USE THEM. Rent a Uhaul do it yourself. While unpacking we found a large box with 2 pillows, a throw, 3 Tiffany style lamps and globes unwrapped with a cannon desktop printer on top. How do you think those items fared. Not well 2 out of 3 globes broken. These are sentimental items to my Mom. What a disgrace, we aren't even finished unpacking so I bet we find more broken items. More to come. HORRIBLE!!! Thanks alot American Van Lines subcontractors, you literally did a bang up job!
