North American van Lines - Pottstown was a terrific service! Andrey Lebedev did an amazing job keeping our home valuables protected in a cross country transit. He was always in communication with us, giving updates for arrival times! Our moving coordinator was super sweet and helpful from start to finish during the entire moving process. We couldn’t have asked for a better company during such a stressful time in our life. Would definitely use them again!

The communication during the move was great. Driver had some issues with the truck so the move in was delayed 4 days.

Very happy with their service. They charged the amount that was agreed upon after virtual assessment. They arrived for pick up when they said they would (just be aware time can be variable on the day of if you need to book an elevator) and delivery was within estimated time frame. Movers were efficient and polite. Would choose them again if I ever need to move across the border again.

Easy scheduling, home assessment, and moving experience. Movers were very careful and accommodating. Everything went off without a hitch and the price was fixed with no surprises. My only issue was that the contract didn’t give me an option to select cashier’s check (they add a fee for credit card) but they accepted the check at the cash price so no issue in the end. I did my research ahead of time and it paid off; I was very happy with NAVL.
