Driver was good but the packers didn’t label boxes in a readable manner and the crew that loaded them at my new home put in wrong rooms - maybe because they couldn’t read boxes either. I had 210 boxes so that created alot more work trying to move them before unpacking i should have packed them myself. I paid alot for this service and it was terrible. 3 broken pieces of furniture and they want you to fill out a long form instead of just sending someone. They also left behind my several items. Choose another carrier.

From Jo giving walk thru estimate to Angela keeping me informed of progress of move to the wonderful loading crew led by Johnny my move was smooth and seamless. Great experience.

They overcharged me, and promised me multiple times to return my money without doing so. I was on hold for hours and still have yet to receive my $500. Me and my husband are extremely disappointed. Our job # was 1367164
