They made the whole process of moving extremely easy for us. They were on time, very courteous and careful with our belongings.

Did a great job moving an upright piano.

North American (through Southwest Virginia movers) was adequate, if not stupendous. Pros: items arrived with minimal damage, furniture all in tact, and quick turn around for my out of state move. Also, Mecca was incredibly helpful through the process.

Cons: team was late arriving on packing/loading days, some items were packed fairly carelessly, leading to a small mess after the move, along with missed items on initial pack and confusing labelling. Final pain point for me was difficulty procuring proof of insurance to supply to my destination building, took multiple phone calls and explanations for what seemed a simple ask (that was communicated before the truck arrived).

Driver was excellent

Overall the experience was good…I chose the company because they were the only ones that came to my house.
The packers were excellent young men and respectful…
One MAJOR down score… I wasn’t told that they would need a shuttle for our belongings until 3 days prior to our move…which cost me an additional $1000 for the move. Which gave me no time to consider another company. They did credit my move $350 but not until I ask them.
Just saying..ask questions before you consider them!
