North American Van Lines

My move from NC to MS was flawless due to the customer service I received during that time. The moving crew was great and friendly and above all were careful with my belongings. I would recommend North American Van Lines to anyone contemplating a move.

Our first point of contact and house tour was great. And the driver/head of the move was also great. However, the local crews that they used to load and unload our boxes were rather careless with them. We literally watched them drop our filing cabinets on the ground and then roll them over to wrap them in blankets. We had been told that we could leave things in drawers and cabinets, but obviously that was not the case. We had several items that were damaged -not because of the actual move, but because of the loading, and in particular, unloading of the truck by the local crews. I will add that everyone was very friendly and positive positive. We just wish that they had been more careful.

The entire team was very responsive throughout the move. The local teams that loaded and unloaded were very efficient and friendly. The driver was on top of things and kept things moving. All arrived very timely and in good condition. Thank you for a well executed move!

Extremely pleased with North American Sumter’s performance. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
