I can't recommend them enough. Excellent price. Guys showed up on time and worked quickly but carefully. I was so pleased with this company. Would definitely use again. Great job!!

Packing, loading, and unloading were excellent. Problem in shipping. Several items received water damage and am currently preparing claims for restitution.

I would definitely utilize North American Van Lines again for our interstate move. Their team members were very professional, on time, helpful and experienced. Our household arrived on time and packed very well. Kudos to Mike the driver, James the planner/estimator and to all the packing and loading/unloading crews who made this a much less stressful experience!!!

Packing was great, mostly satisfied with loading until the end it became more sloppy. Main issue was delivery. Delayed by 8 hours so crew didn’t arrive until 4 pm due to truck mechanical issue which I understand. But then the driver didn’t know he would need a shuttle. I had to personally drive him to get a u haul. They didn’t start delivery until 7 pm due to loading shuttle, finishing at 11:30 pm. They were understandably tired but it showed big time. No furniture was put back together and parts are missing. Walls and doors scratched and chipped. Items left in complete disarray making the storage area inaccessible. Then had to drive him back to return the u-haul. One of the movers was hitting on me saying he would come back to see me. Local office Veronica Joe at Anderson Transfer was dismissive when told of all the issues. For the price, very unprofessional and a hassle. Worst move of multiple moves to different states. Positives would be quick turn around from pick up to delivery and packing services.
