After 8 moves over 5 states in our lifetime, I am pleased to highly recommend this company. Great communication, competitive and extremely professional. Cared for our belongings as if they were their own. Driver was outstanding!

Nothing went right for the start. Scheduled pickup date got changed a couple days prior screwing up all our plans. Then they picked up in a small truck then moved to warehouse instead of directly into the main truck like I was told. This resulted in many items being crushed on top of someone ripping a bookcase in half. Did not get a detailed receipt and was just charged what was estimated not based on what was actually done. Delivery did not go any better with no one checking off what was delivered and no thought into how it was packed into storage. Would not recommend to anyone as they lied and made excuses the whole process.

Received a price from sales department that was explained as a set price. That was not true. Quality assurance call to go over move was two days prior to move. They added on $1k more. They charge by space (sq cubic foot) in trailer and not trailer size. This was not explained in detail. They add on more. The customer service line was unprofessional and said they would review call due to my complaint and said it would be unresolved until after move. I cannot cancel bc you have to cancel 7 days prior but it makes it convenient that they don’t call until two days prior to move so you can’t back out. The QA rep said they listened to the call and stated it was misleading but still I am SOL. Here I am a day before my move, still with no time. I have called multiple times to inquire and they take more than enough time to get back. Moving is stressful enough but this company makes it even more stressful. I do not recommend at all. Spend your money elsewhere

Still don’t have my stuff! They are totally unorganized and cannot communicate to save their lives. Terrible! Never again!
