Great job packing and crating! Driver was great!!

The reason I am giving them three stars is the difference between the two crews who worked on the project. The Tennessee crew was excellent while the Connecticut crew did not seem to care about my belongings. They placed several boxes on top of a box that clearly read “Place nothing on top.” In the process one of my antique items was destroyed beyond repair. I recommend the Tennessee crew but not the Connecticut crew.

We were notified the day before our scheduled pickup that there was a driver problem and that a local crew would pickup our load and put it in the warehouse in Nashville where it sat for several days before finally an Allied driver picked it up. Our load was finally delivered 9 days later than the promised date causing great inconvenience and hardship. The personnel we dealt with in Nashville were very good and I don’t believe the horrible service was directly their fault although I now understand our experience is not unusual and perhaps we should have been warned.

They employ a bunch of thieves. I wouldn't recommend letting them pack your things unless you want to have your stuff stolen and broken. When we called to let them know the movers stole our stuff they just gave is the number to claims department. That's not gonna solve anything, but I know who did it and Clarksville PD will be getting a report done on these thieves.
