North American Van Lines

Scott and his team were excellent from start to finish. They even went above and beyond and helped move other items for us! Highly recommend!

We signed up for the $100,000 coverage with $0 deductible option when we entered into contract with North American Van Lines. There were a few items missing from our delivery, including a ~$600 ladder. We filed our claim, after which they reportedly did an internal review and refused to reimburse. I do not recommend doing business with this company unless you are ok with them losing your belongings.

We have moved multiple times, and this was a pretty bad experience for us. Packers arrived a day later than we were told they would, and we received no notice from the company that they wouldn’t be there on the previously stated day. They broke 3 different pieces of furniture, mislabeled boxes, and we are still missing items that we saw get loaded on to the truck. The team also only comprised of 3 people for a nearly 3,000 sq foot house. They were nice, but for $12k I expected a lot more. If you have a full house, out of state move, I would look elsewhere.
