Everything about my move was perfect. Lisa and Danna were nothing short of AMAZING. They were professional, friendly, and did a magnificent job managing my expectations with my first experience with this type of move. The drivers were equally nice and friendly when they picked up and delivered my life in boxes. My belongings arrived as expected and NOTHING was missing or damaged. We had a great experience with Saunier’s Moving & Storage. We were very impressed with their communication and flexibility to meet our needs. Our dealings with Danna, John and our driver, Mike were exceptional. Saunier’s provided us with great service from loading, delivery and unloading.

We hired this company after bidding several firms. They at least appeared to be interested in doing business. They quoted the move and an insurance to cover any damaged goods. About 10 days later you will receive an email advising you of the rules and regulations for your move. Their sales person knew we would be doing most our own packing but never addressed the $800 insurance didn’t cover anything we packed. More rules about what you can and can’t ship with them and other information about the move. Again none of this was covered in the sales meeting. A huge surprise when received.
At the time of the meeting I advised the agent of our planned closing date for our new home. All was fine. A couple days later I got an email advising an added fee of $400. To deliver my shipment after the closing at 10:00AM. Because I made a giant stink about this fee they did wave the fee.
When you work with the sales team they advise you of a date spread when they will deliver. They also tell you they routinely make the customer target date and you will be advised about a week when you will be delivered. I actually had a phone conversation with the operations manager on June 13 advising me of delivery on June 18 at 11:00am. Perfect timing just as planned. But on Friday the surprise email arrived advising me of a change in delivery to either Friday June 21 or Saturday June 22. The email advised there was a problem outside of their control. A phone call uncovered the issue that was out of their control. Another customer shipment didn’t fit on the truck so a second driver was assigned. That driver was supposed to deliver my load. While on this call I asked Russ to have Mr. Saucier please return my call. He assured me this would happythat day. Unfortunately I am still waiting. This delay cost me over $1000 in hotels and meals no one at Saunier was interested in discussing this issue.
A long time ago I learned that excellent customer service began with the President of the company. That man was clear if cared about his customer his employees better damn well care about his customers. He knew that if he didn’t engage with his customers his employees would not.
Mr Saunier not returning my call sends a very loud and clear message to this customer and to his employees

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. My furniture arrived on time and in good condition. Lisa was especially friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process of my cross-country move.
Great moving company to use. Very competitive pricing. Loading crew, driver, and unload crew were professional and treated our belongings as if they were their own.
