They were thorough and friendly. Only issue I have, is that you have to sign that there is no damage before you get a chance to unpack and in the next few days, you find damage and you “eat” it. I had a pole missing to my utility rack and they said, “Oh it’s probably here somewhere”, and it was never found, so trash to a utility rack. And when we were moving our pressure washer, we noticed a cable hanging out and we can’t see where it came from. Had to take to a small engine repair and “ate” that as well. There was also a soap container that’s missing off of it and who knows where that went….probably was still on the truck. That’s the only complaint I have. Everything else went well.

I hired North American for my move from Kentucky to Indiana and they were very responsive from quote to load to delivery. They worked closely with me to adjust dates and the moving crew was great and took care to insure nothing was damaged. I highly recommend this team!

Our move was handled professionally and at a fair price. Everything was on schedule and arrived in excellent shape. Our goods were picked up, placed in local storage for a month and then were shipped to Florida. I packed a full 4 bedroom house with the complimentary used boxes and paper they provided. This greatly reduced the move cost! The crew from Winchester went with the truck and unloaded at our new home.
