Overall, our experience with this company was very pleasant. We did run into a delay with our closing which DOUBLED the estimated price due to the cost of storing our property for 5 days... With the $18,000 cost of the move aside, the staff was very friendly, responsive, respectful, and flexible to our needs. The movers were very friendly, and they did a great job. We did sustain some damage to our property during the move, but we've filed a claim to try to compensate our losses. Once the claim has been finalized, I will update my review to reflect the result of paying the additional insurance cost.

Update -
Our claim seems to have been finalized. We paid for the insurance they advertise as 'Replacement Cost' with 'Repair Cost' in fine print. Keep in mind that they added another $10,000 in 'storage costs' due to the closing delay of 5 days that was WITHIN our ORIGINAL delivery window. We filed a claim that listed property damage at a replacement value of $9,200. We didn't include damaged and missing items that were small. We claimed a brand new (2-month-old) living room suit that was broken, a king size oak bed that was broken, and an Amish oak dining room table.

In response to the minimal, fair claim of $9,200 in damage, they sent us a check for $1,195. I don't know where you buy furniture (or even pay to have furniture repaired), but this meager amount doesn't even begin to address the damage. Of the $18,000+ it cost to move, they gave us back 6.6%... They didn't even value us enough to give us a 10% refund through an insurance claim that we paid extra for!

You may want to reconsider going with this company. You may want to reconsider a large move, period. You're better off selling your property and buying new property. Otherwise, you'll end up spending $18k for broken property... Do yourself a favor and skip the large moving cost. Buy new stuff when you get there. Moving companies are crooked.

If you read their other reviews, you'll see how many times that they have added ridiculous fees and ripped off their patrons. The moving crew was very nice, but the corporate side of this 'company' is shady and underhanded.

Out services was great door to door from Dublin Ohio to Hyrum Utah, nothing was lost or broken and everything was in order I will would use again

The moving crew was amazing, they were efficient, friendly and knew what to do when it came to move day!

We had a great experience from the moment Shannon showed up and looked at what we had to move. Very professional and pleasant. Moving is stressful enough and Shannon made the process very easy.
Next was the moving out of a house we loved. The E.E. Ward crew came in and handledi everything from beginning to end just like Shannon said they would. They were professional and did their job in a friendly manner. We felt they took good care of our belongings! They made quick work or the move out process.
Next was storage for about 6 weeks. Moving out of a truck, into storage and back into a truck again puts a lot more stress on the packaging and boxes, but we have found very little damage at this point.
The final step was getting all the belongings into our new house. The driver and the local crew that did the unloading did a very good job. We got everything into the house in just a few hours. They were very friendly and went about their job quickly, but not rushed.
We would highly recommend North America and E.E. Ward for anyone that has moving that needs to be done.
