North American Van Lines

The driver Mario and his assistant were super quick in packing and unpacking my 40 pieces in less than 2 hours. Delivered without a problem in one week as promised. Price was not exactly cheap, but the mover deserved it.. Recommend highly.

We currently live in the Cincinnati area.
We recently moved from Illinois.
We shipped a large new tv to our new residence in Ky along with the rest of our 4 bedroom home possessions.
The tv screen was cracked when arrived
I sent in all documentation required
I made a claim, it was denied
Appealed, denied.
TV cost was $1000.
We had to purchase a replacement
We paid for the move ourselves.
Customer service was horrible
Stated they did not break tv as box did not show enough damage per pictures sent
Why would I PAY to ship a broken tv?
It was perfectly fine when it left IL
VERY UNHAPPY !!!!!
Would NOT recommend!!!!
