Not happy with price quoted and final bill…. They quoted low to get my business then got me at the end. Would not recommend them.

So far it's been a nightmare. The driver was scheduled to show and start the move between 8 and 10 in the morning. He showed up at 3 in the afternoon, giving us 3 hours of daylight to work with. Love starting a long distance move near dusk. They loaded the truck until 9 or 10 at night. I had paid for two stops, with an additional stop to pick up a riding mower and gun safe. They sent a truck with no lift gate and a single ramp on and off, making it impossible to load a riding mower. I emailed before the date of the move to remind everyone involved that there was a large gun safe to be moved and they would need the appropriate equipment. They showed up with no way to move it.
Its now over a week later and I still don't have my mower and safe. Someone was supposed to move it today, which of course no one showed and there was no phone call. I'm certain I'll have to sue these people for breach of contract to get anything done.
When what they did load made it to the destination they had taken things apart and didn't know how to put them back together. I ended up having to reassemble every bed and a workbench because the person that took them apart was not the person that put them back together and they were all improperly assembled. Near the end of the move they just started putting boxes in the garage instead of the proper room as the boxes were labeled. I paid them in good faith and was reassured that my other belongings would be delivered, and they have not and probably will not. I'll update in the followings days if a miracle occurs. Bottom line, I wouldn't hire these people to move something from one side of the street to the other.
