North American Van Lines

Poorly ran company that drastically affected my mom and step dad's lives. The truck containing all of my parents belongings was stolen from the parking lot of the hotel the driver was staying at the night before it was supposed to arrive to my parents. They lied to my parents saying the truck was broken down even though there was no truck to service in the parking lot. This happened MONTHS ago and they have been no help to get my parents their well-deserved refund/insurance money that they paid the company for.

I could not have asked for a better experience with this moving company. I had a cross country move and from start to finish the company was professional. I originally had a FaceTime call to show the furniture I was moving with, and then received a quote. I felt like it was a trustworthy company and decided to go with them for my move and I was not disappointed. They stuck to the dates I had signed the contract for for pick up and delivery. The driver of the moving van was there at pickup and delivery helping box up my apartment and the delivery van. I trusted sean and he was professional and contacted me before pick up and before delivery. All of my boxes were packaged so efficiently and sean hired a great team. All of my furniture and boxes arrived at my new home. Everything that was taken apart was put back together and arrived in great shape. Thank you so much university moving (North American van lines)!
