Robin and Ben from university moving are the absolute best - robin did an in home quote and was extremely thorough. ben kept in constant communication throughout the entire process giving us updates and even providing free moving and wardrobe boxes for us from their warehouse that saved us a few hundred dollars. cannot recommend the team enough!!

The crew at my former apartment were very nice and efficient, even though I hadn't finished packing. The crew in my new city were equally nice and efficient (did I mention I had 50 or more boxes of books?) The driver in my new city communicated well about when they would arrive. On moving day they were late, but called to tell me that we're having a hard time finding a viaduct that was high enough for the truck to go through. To me, that was just as good as being in time. They unloaded efficiently. There was a mishap with a dresser, which will probably need a minor repair. They were upfront about it, told me as soon as it happened. (A similar thing happened with a bookcase in a previous move with a different company. Those movers did not tell me what had happened, and I discovered it later.)

Over all, I as very pleased with my experience with North American. I recommend them.
