North American Van Lines

Don’t know where to begin. Started with packers who smoked more than they packed. These packers also packed a brand new 65” TV in between two broken down boxes. Spoiler alert. The TV broke.

Upon receiving our items at our new location we also noticed a stained and ruined rug, scratched furniture all over and a piece of furniture left behind. I will say the piece of furniture forgotten was signed off by someone not at the company so it’s also on us, but it was on the pre move checklist so I wish it was seen.

Positives are the furniture got there in ok time, but that does not make up for all the negatives. Dealing with who they use for insurance was a pain as well. They initially denied or way underpaid the claim. After a month or two of waiting for an appeal we finally got money 4 months after our move.

Do yourself a favor and find another company. I do not recommend the team out of this area.

I did enjoy Brian and Annette though. The rest of the company just fell flat.

Easy in and out for the truckers friendly staff

I highly recommend North American Van lines! Everyone from this company that we came in contact with was top-notch. We recently had an interstate move. We recently had an interstate move. Quite an undertaking big undertaking. We met with four different moving companies and North American Van Lines stood head and shoulders above everyone else. They were not the cheapest, but they were also not the most expensive. They were by far the most professional. Brian and Sales was extremely helpful on the front end and helped us coordinate with Annette. Mike and his crew were fantastic in helping us pack and load. Tony and his crew were fantastic also on the delivery end. Can’t say enough good things. If you’re moving, use this company.

Was moved by third party , smaller truck and less number of people.
Movers were overwhelmed with the move, and could not get all the stuff initial quoted for in the truck .
Another third party came in and did not complete the disassemble job as payed for.
Very disappointed .
Movers lost the screws to assemble one of the dinning table . Never returned .
Thousand dollar table is of no use anymore.

Great service from Annette and Brian! We had a tight schedule and they worked with us to find pick up and delivery times that worked well for our cross country move!
