North American Van Lines

Don't use North American Van Lines. There are other options. We haven't received our things yet (so tbd on damage). When you call, they just pass you off to a local partner (in our case Beltmann Relocation Group) and take no accountability for the local company's actions. We found Beltmann to be very misleading and borderline unethical in their sales practices and expectation setting.

Just horrible service, no support at all, poor communication. If I wanted to do business with a questionable local company, I would have chosen that route. Dressing up that experience like you are going through a top, national company is irresponsible. DO NOT USE.

Don’t use them. I used them from North Carolina to Chicago. I had a 3 bedroom house 1400 square feet into a 10x10 storage unit.

4 big things: 2 beds with box springs, 1 table, and 1 desk. They never delivered one of my mattresses and box springs. I specifically asked and tried to double check with the mover on the second mattress cause I didn’t see it unload and they promised me it was in the back of the storage unit. It wasn’t. Missing a couple of boxes and a screw to my lamp that they packed up for me. Don’t use them. I rarely write negative reviews...if ever. Don’t. Use. Them. They won’t pay you back for things they lose.
