North American Van Lines

Terrible. The truck broke down to get to our home and was 7 hours late. Had a mover who had not inventoried anything before do do and he left. He returned when driver came. Driver wanted to see furniture to be wrapped so showed him and when I asked when we would review the inventory he said oh too late Joe already started loading it. I choose you do to your process and you didn’t do it!!! Then told me arrival would be 5 or 6th. No call or notification as promised so I called driver on 6th who said 7th at 8 am. At 830 am driver texted said tailor getting repaired 3.5 hours away and something about a 10 hour log. He said now the 8th. So he asked when was best - I said 1 pm. At 130 he arrived with no one else to move things. He claimed they were coming but never came. My 70 year old husband had to do the moving. We need a credit!!!!

Excellent, the crew was totally professional, helpful and friendly. Our only suggestion is that the wardrobes not be packed so tightly to reduce wrinkling the garments.

My move from Chicago to AZ couldn’t have gone smoother.Everyone was super helpful from Bill Ruecking who took care of my moving consult and estimate to Ventura Johnson who was my move coordinator to Jackson moving a storage who did my move out from Chicago to the crew who delivered my belongings in AZ . The communication was fantastic, I received my stuff early in my window and everything was delivered and without damage. I would most certainly utilize North American van lines again.
