It was the worst experience imaginable. I’m not one to submit negative reviews, but I feel compelled to do so to warn others to NOT use them. They quoted us $10,000. We signed a contract. After the movers arrived, he said they misquoted, that we needed a lot more boxes…$8,000 later. So it went from $10,000 to $18,000. They tried to delay our pickup by three days, after they gave us a firm date in writing. I had to demand we keep the promised date. One of the guys spilled a whole orange crush soda on white carpeting. They threw their bottles and cans on the floor of my home when they were done with them, so I was walking around picking up their garbage. They broke a door. They broke a spindle on a staircase. On the other side, they put boxes outside that didn’t belong outside. They broke one of my Waterford crystal candle holders. They lost my Christmas tree. They mislabeled boxes. I could go on and on. Never use this company!!

Do not use this company. After having our dates to move for over three weeks, they called to cancel the move 2 days before. After working with our current housing provider to extend our stay so that we could work with their 'new dates,' they called again (3 days before) to cancel again. Their reason for cancelling this time was first, 'the truck is down.' In the course of the conversation the reason switched to a storm. Every step of the process has been filled with issues. They are cheaper than other companies but that is because of the poor quality of their service and their propensity for dumping clients within a few days of the contracted job.

I tried really hard to put faith in the packers.... However my items were treated like garbage and 99% of what they packed is ruined. I will adding more photos as I unpack.
