Only issue was that the estimator was off in weight. We actually donated a few things he originally accounted for, and then we were somehow overweight. That added some additional stress to the process; however, North American remedied the issue.

Had a rocky start with the packing and some issues about supplies and space, that did not match expectations set by the initial contact with your company.

The star was the driver, Chris Schuett. If the rating scale is a five for highest, Chris was definitely a 30 on that scale. Kind, efficient, productive, super helpful, calm. Chris got the job done and provided this customer with exceptional service.
