Called to set up a quote for a long distance move, got in contact with the local representative. Was told that he would be in the Valley at the end of the following week. I called the office on a Wednesday to confirm if the rep would be in the area and to set up a home visit. I provided my information and was told that it would be sent over to the rep. Today is Friday and no contact from the rep to set up a visit. I decided to go with a different company to my belongings half way across the country.

Their rep came out, tried to email me quote woth no success. Guess he gave up after several calls advising I never got quote. They gave uo so had to use a different company for move.
