North American Van Lines

The movers showed up on time to pick up my furniture and even showed up a day early to unload my stuff. The driver, Pete, was very friendly and he and his helper were very professional. The office personnel communicated regularly throughout my move. I haven't checked anything that was transported yet, but it appeared everything traveled well. My moving experience with North American was exceptional.
UODATE: HOWEVER, when we moved my barely used hide-a-bed to my house from my storage unit it had rubbed against something as the movers had moved it from ID to WA and the fabric was rubbed off in several places. The moving company would not to ANYTHING about it because even though it was wrapped in plastic, they said because I had it moved from the storage unit to my home they would not insure it. VERY POOR policy as I DID NOT damage it myself which was obvious!! Would NEVER use this company again nor recommend them to anyone!

The driver and his workers were amazing and would use them again. It was nice to have everything orchestrated for me being a widow. Everything went off without a hitch.
