Jillian was the most amazing, tentative and professional person who I have ever worked with in this business. She took it upon herself to help me EVERY step of the way with my cross country move. She made sure the team was up to date and responsive, and answered ALL of my questions and concerns at every hour of the day (or night). She was amazing, and made this process for me seamless and worry free. She deserves to be top of her company as her skills and talents of what she does is unmatched. JILLIAN thank you so much!

I had a positive experience with the estimate process and with loading my stuff however very poor execution when it came to delivery. I felt like I was working harder than they were to try to figure out when my stuff was arriving at the destination. They didn't call to give me an update when we surpasses the first delivery day window. Turns out it hadn't even left the warehouse and the North American agent wasn't even aware where our stuff was. Ultimately they surpassed the two week long delivery window and delivered my stuff with cracks and scratches. Throughout the delivery, I could not get a clear answer when it would be delivered and wouldn't receive an update, even when promised a call back from the agent. Overall the lack of communication is what drives me to leave an unsatisfactory review.
