The packing and loading crew were nice and worked quickly. But the boss under estimated the load size. It took them 10 hours to wrap the furniture and load the truck. The drivers were fine and communicated well. The unload crew was too small. It took over 12 hours! It was 94 degrees in the shade, 102 in the sun. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, one significantly.

I have heard horror stories about moving, so I was prepared for the worst. Thankfully, my move went pretty much perfectly! Everyone I dealt with was easy to work with, understanding, and helpful. When the truck was unloaded, I only had one inexpensive item with some small damage, which is considerably less damage than I likely would have experienced if I would have moved myself. There really isn’t anything they could have done better; it went that well!
