Overall, the moving of my furniture and belongings was good, the area that could use improvement was the dismantling of bed frames for packing in truck without attaching and marking the hardware for reassembling them, leading to incompletely or incorrectly assembled frames, which then is a huge hassle for me because I’m not large or strong enough to correctly reassemble the frames, and must find and hire someone to do it. It’s a small feature, but it’s a lasting remembrance of American Van Lines.
But, as I said at the start, overall, the move went well and the moving staff was helpful, responsive and skilled.

The move went well, we received our furniture in one week and our car in three days. All in all the movers were courteous, careful, focused, and great.

I will always recommend North American Van Lines to anyone who is moving. From the agent (knowledgeable) to the truck driver (coordinator) and the packing crew and delivery crew. Were above expectations, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Some had some good jokes. Helped with anxiety of the move.. 5 stars all around.
