Not one thing got broken traveling over 2500 miles ….the guys on the California end were so fun and very careful with all of my stuff and the guys on the West Virginia end were so efficient so fast so professional and so good at what they did - the corporate side that set things up for me and quoted me pricing: They were very honest very trustworthy. This is been an incredible experience, thank you !

Transportation itself was fmostly OK. But the packing service was a problem. Some items are now missing and there has been little guidance as to how to find them. Packers also damaged a piece of furniture, busting a drawer by stuffing too much paper into it. The inventory of items lacked detail with even our driver (who was excellent) stating that it didn't have enough detail. Plus the handwriting is too hard to read. So it's hard to determine if we got everything. One bike had a damaged derailleur but we went ahead and had it repaired. After the move, follow up and support from NorCal has not been adequate to resolve issues. I feel like I'm on my own with no help. Honestly, I am lost. I wouldn't want to repeat this experience particularly with the Bay Area part of the move.

Really good experience. Packed up my apartment really fast and did a really good job unpacking and putting furniture back together.
