North American Van Lines

I recently relocated across the country and was feeling overwhelmed with all I had to juggle. My experience with North American Van Lines was EXCELLENT and made this big move very smooth. The driver I worked with was incredibly informative and kept lines of communication wide open. I never felt like I was ‘left hangin’. The driver also was just a great person, personable and incredibly professional as well as efficient!! I’d use North American again for sure.

Moving driver was great. Delivered the household stuff in record time after driving 3000 miles. The customer service was great and very prompt. TV crating and un crating service was great. Packing was good, but organization and labeling was not good at all. Needs improvement. Also at the delivery location, the movers could have stacked the boxes in a better way.
