We recently moved across the country with North American Van Lines in Tukwila, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Every person we worked with exceeded our expectations and made what could have been a stressful process seamless and efficient.

The packing team did an incredible job, ensuring everything was carefully packed and protected. The moving team was efficient, skilled, and treated our belongings with care. And the car transport team was equally impressive, delivering our vehicle on time and in perfect condition.

From start to finish, the service was worth every penny. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to trust North American Van Lines for our cross-country move. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch moving company!

This company is the worst. The various staff you encounter are not on the same page. They are not transparent about the final cost and you end up paying more than expected at the end. At this point they already have your belongings so you cannot contest the final bill without jeopardizing your access to your belongings. When you try to complain and find solutions, the managers are unhelpful. Before you sign paperwork they are very responsive and helpful. But as soon as you’re locked into the agreement it is hard to reach them or get a call back. Also, they lost some of my items, broke a lot of my bins, and several other large items arrived broken.

Moved my apartment contents cross-country to a storage unit and had zero issues. Friendly staff and prompt replies whenever I had questions. I’m really pleased with the results. Thank you, NAVL!
