Moved items not taken care very well. Boxes were beat up and some things broken., some items came from someone else’s belongings. Furniture items not put back together. All we heard was it was not their fault. Then there was a pricing issue. So all in all not a very good experience.

Competitive prices, reliable, quick to pack and unpack, delivery was much faster than originally planned. I would definitely use them again.

Pickup left damage to our home. Delivery was delayed by 5 days with no notice until the day before it was supposed to arrive. Delivery unpackers did not follow instructions - at least 50% of boxes were placed in incorrect rooms, one worker spent 30 min in the bathroom and just kept trying to sell us other services. Our child’s mattress was lost, likely delivered to someone else. Attempts to get it delivered were met with unresponsive news and broken commitments (by the end of week, I’ll call you today etc.) When I finally requested to make a claim to buy a new mattress, the claims rep abruptly hung up on me. Would never use again.
