The moving service was terrible I spent an absorbent amount of money for packing/unpacking/organizing service and it was terrible. The packing broke my TV and Treadmill (both expensive) and there were several items left behind that I had to pack my self in the end. I spent around $32,000 for this service and feel like I was total ripped off!

Complete nightmare DO NOT USE over two weeks delay because they were waiting to find more customers before sending the truck

Did a very good job

Overall not so good experience for residential move across states. The delivery was 3 weeks delayed. No information and communication on delivery updates were given and had to constantly call n email. Furniture like dining chair came broken. Trademill was disassembled but delivery crew refused to assemble it back. Opened up claims since 2 weeks and awaiting next steps.

Great movers. Flexible. Communication of when items would arrive could have been much better as I was told a time a week apart. Two items arrived damaged and the process to report this is historic. Two items completely destroyed but I have to hold onto it for someone to come look at when the entire moving team agreed that it’s a goner. If there are pictures and notes on the form, why should I keep it. Anyways would use again
