Despite having several of my marked FRAGILE boxes arrive completely crushed (see photos), I have good things to say about my moving experience, beginning with the person who provided the estimate. I liked that it was guaranteed NOT to cost more than the estimate, and that if it weighed less, I'd get a refund--which I did. Of the 3 companies, they were also the least expensive.

The actual local movers (from Lile) were very professional and polite. My boxes were delivered to another state on time, which was a big concern since the other companies gave a range of up to 4 weeks.

Regarding the crushed boxes, I do think the lesson here is to make sure you pack everything really, really well. I was shocked that nothing was broken, but I also followed the recommendations for how to pack. Just a word of caution.

Initially called with incorrect information (order no.), failed to deliver twice, I followed up and was then told some more incorrect information about a rescheduled delivery time by someone (Valerie?) who was not the scheduler. They had a massage chair in their possession for a week before it was successfully delivered. The folks delivering were efficient and helpful. Issues with workers not showing up, and trucks breaking down, one day after another are not a positive sign and does not instill confidence.
I received this and communicated about a delivery time on behalf of my partner, so expect the company to respond that they don't know who I am...I signed the slip.
