Horrible experience with this mover! Bad omens from the start. A small amount of fairly light furniture was packed for five hours for a high fee (MUCH higher than the estimate), and the packers/ drivers were impolite. Moreover, the delivery date was set but the furniture did not get to its destination until 19 days later. It seems North American Van Lines, Inc. only care for your business to grab your belongings, without actually following through or making any effort to communicate the truth about the process and throughout the process. I spent several hours on the phone with them, only to be put on hold or redirected to a 'manager' that was supposed to return calls. Not a responsible company. I would not use them again and would not recommend to anyone else.
