Incredible service. The reservation process was simple and responsive and the movers were careful, kind, and incredibly hard-working. I cannot give North Bay Movers a better review - hire them now!

I missed the one line in the email that they only accept cash. At 8 in the morning banks aren’t open. I got 1/2 the cash and tried to pay that then get the other 1/2 after the bank opened. But the owner yelled at me and hung up on me. He was mad that I was crying and claimed that I yelled at his team. I was VERY stressed but I did not yell at them or be rude to them. I called him back and tried to stay calm but then he launched into a tirade about how I needed to shut up and he would control the call and the company and how dare I cry and I hung up on him.
So, here I sit with 2 days to be out of my apartment. But I wouldn’t deal with the owner again if the only alternative was carry it all on foot.

Great service from Mike and Ramon! They were fast and handled our belongings with care. Impressed with the way they managed to fill our 3 story townhouse in just a few hours. Would definitely hire them again.

From my first inquiry email through my move , the team at Northbay movers has been out of this world. They handled each one of my items with care and they went above and beyond. Professional and efficient. They are an amazing service in Santa Rosa and extremely cost-effective. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone I know in in North Bay. Thank you so much!

My experience was very recent. And I rarely ever leave a bad review. This this warranted one because it’s beyond belief. We hired them for our move the first time a year ago and had a great experience. The team was very professional and quick and the price was fair. So we wanted to use them again for our move to move back. Nothing much has changed, we have the same amount of stuff, same distance, and they wanted to charge us more than twice than the first move. I understand gas prices have changed, but not enough to charge us more than twice. We were willing and expecting to pay more. But not twice more. Disappointing that they will gouge people. Our first move was $2,300 and then their quote for the 2nd move was $6,500.

FYI: Gas prices when we moved in May of 2021 was $3.97 not $2. Yes gas prices are definitely higher but doesn't justify a $3,500 price increase. And like I said, we have the same stuff. Was I supposed to detail every little thing in the house? You just couldn’t wait to prove gouge and use the gas prices as an excuse. What a poor excuse for a business owner.

I stand by my review. Our first experience was great. His employees are great. The owner, not so much. I rarely ever leave a bad review. And to make me out to be the bad guy here and lay the guilt trip on me for sharing my experience, not ok.
