I can't say enough about this fantastic moving company. After All My Sons Moving no showed me twice I contacted These Fine people and they jumped right in and saved our move.

Customer beware.!!!!!!! They will try to charge you for service not rendered. I had seen United Van Lines move a neighbor and I thought they were very professional so I decided to use them for my move. The equipment was fine, the movers were on time and nothing was damaged. Credit due when it’s deserved. When the bill came so did dishonesty and disrespect. The movers lied and said they did the packing which was an additional $275.00 and to add insult to injury I was told by Rhonda an employee that the movers had no reason to lie and that they had been working for the company for over five years and they were HONEST. After further investigation they determine that the movers did LIE. After speaking with the general manager I think his name was Sam/San he didn’t make it any better. He told me he apologized, that was a honest mistake. Whatever! The general manager of the company informed me they don’t really do local moves and the movers had to move my sofa up four flights of stairs. I think that’s what I hired them to do move, it wasn’t free. I was refunded my money, no form of compensation just a condescending attitude from the general manager. Rhonda the employee did show so form of regret after she found out I was telling the truth. I will never use them again nor will I recommend this location.

I was given the, we take care of your things so you don’t have to worry speech. Imagine our surprise when the list of things lost or damage grew longer and longer. We were very disappointed with how many items they damaged. Most of which were beyond repair. It was difficult to work with them regarding the claim. Many things were not packed- remotes, chords, etc. They would not replace because we signed off that all the boxes had been delivered. HINT: Don't let your drivers leave and don't sign papers until every box has been opened, and you have inspected the contents. They sell themselves upfront as an easy to work with company who will take care of your things. Not so. Choose someone else.

Talk about professionals...this company made my move extremely smooth. The crew that picked up my home were courteous, kind and extremely conscientious of my antique furniture, along with many family heirlooms. They were also punctual, in their arrival. The crew that dropped off at the new home had to deal with extreme weather and so the time had to be pushed back twice (high winds and extreme thunderstorms). That being said, they kept in contact with me the entire time...both the home office and the crew making the delivery. Again, the crew at my home were very careful of not just my items, but also respectful of the new home. I would like to add that Rhonda at the home office checked in with me often, to ensure all of my questions and concerns were being addressed. She made me feel almost like family. All in all, this was probably the best move I've ever had...and I've had quite a few. I would use this company again and again. I also highly recommend them to anyone in search of a move.

Great experience. They were quick and professional and they charge a very fair rate to give you a 5 star service. These guys will make you thankful you hired them.
