Great customer service. Right from the beginning Andrew put me at ease and made my estimate experience informative and painless. His honesty and demeanor was a breath of fresh air compared to other estimates I received. He is the reason I ultimately choose this company. Then after I chose ND Moving I was assigned a moving coordinator Rhonda. She was excellent. She kept me informed and was always available for any questions that I had. Lastly my driver Steve was great. He efficiently ran the crews and helped smooth over the bumps with a cross country move. It's rare these days to actually feel like a company cares about its customers. Thanks Andrew, Rhonda, Steve and North Dallas Moving for making a difficult experience so much better.

I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Our packers, movers, craters, and everyone else involved showed great care and attention to our items and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. Moving is a daunting experience but North Dallas Moving and Storage (and our primary mover, Karl, and coordinator, Rhonda, in particular) made it effortless. Can't recommend highly enough.

To start, my original window was 9-11 AM. The movers didn't arrive until 4 PM. Called dispatcher twice to get an update where they changed the arrival time both times. Worst part, they WILL overcharge you. Got over quoted for the space of my entire storage unit in order to avoid having to pay more than what we agreed upon. Ended up paying double what I was quoted because my items apparently took up more space in the truck than what I was quoted for. Don't understand how the exact cubic square feet of my unit (and then some) that I was quoted for could fit everything but took up more space in the truck. Especially considering I left a few larger items behind for this exact reason. I highly recommend you find a much more reliable, prompt and honest company to move you.
