North Park Transfer and Storage

Good, my only problem is i requested a storage in a certain date, but charged from the day I inquired on wedsite.

Do not use this company. I will be in contact with the DOD to make sure they are no longer contracted. Military move from New Jersey to Oregon, missed delivery days twice because “people bailed”. Items were then dropped off by a different company and they did not build or unpack anything, we had to build all of our furniture. After building and unpacking everything, we have multiple items that are completely damaged. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails and currently still waiting for someone to pick up the boxes they left in our house.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company was contracted for our military move from Portland to Maryland. They showed up hours late to pack up our house and then it was only one guy for our whole household to pack everything. He said no one else showed up to work that day?
The pack job was a joke, when we finally received our items we were missing a ton of boxes and the condition of our furniture was terrible. Scratches on our leather couch, our patio furniture chairs were broken, everything was packed haphazardly and not with care. Their inventory of our items was incredibly disorganized, the sticker items didn’t match with the listed items and some boxes weren’t inventoried at all. Save yourself the trouble and get a moving company with a better reputation and work product. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I'd rate them 0 stars if I could. I truly can't believe this is a legitimate moving company. They were contracted to do my cross country military move. To start things off, they were about eight hours late for pick up. No communication whatsoever. When they did arrive it was ONE guy in an unmarked truck (to pack out a three bed room house). On the second day a girl showed up with him who clearly had zero experience moving. After three full days, everything was packed. Fast forward a month. Our goods were supposed to be delivered, but WAIT...they haven't even left Oregon. We eventually got our items 50 days past delivery. Upon delivery, we realized about 1/6th of our stuff was missing. In addition to thousands of dollars in lost items, they smashed up our brand new couch and tried to covertly fix it with duct tape (I'm serious).

This company is an actual joke. Even if they offered to move me for free I wouldn't use them. Avoid like the plague.

Do not use this company. They recently packed my house for a cross country move and didn't mark some items that are now missing. They also broke my brand new entertainment center and stated it was broken at origin when I saw the paperwork upon delivery. I've informed the DOD as well so they are never used again. Just disgusted.
