I have a lawyer currently beginning litigation for tons of items lost by these people in Sept/Oct 2021. They asked for an insurance claim, I filed one, and then I can't get anything back from anyone. Since alot of what they stole was my late father's items, I'll be sure to include significant emotional damages in the suit. Use at your own risk. They also arrive over a month late with your items and severely upcharge you after the truck is loaded.

Do not use this company! They will ruin your personal items. They will rummage through your boxes and even steal your stuff and claim not to know what happen with it. It’s been almost a year and I still haven’t gotten paid for the stuff that was stolen and damaged. There website is no longer up and running and no one answers there phone. They will rip you off they’ll claim to be the best of all the other companies, don’t trust them.

If your thinking of moving out of state...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional...rude...careless... they give you a really low quote, then once they load your belongings on their truck.. the price TRIPLES!! Max Schultz is some sort of supervisor, who disregards your calls and communication. Nicole Tucker never answers the office phone nor does she respond to emails. We had to submit an insurance claim at their request for all our missing boxes/totes/items. That was submitted on November 3, 2021. We were told 3 to 6 months and now that the 6 months is up.. they are COMPLETELY GHOSTING US!! Their 'moving crew' are hand picked off street corners who have no problem swiping small change, lighters, anything left out that wasnt boxed up. They LIE LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW! Pretty safe to say we will never see our insurance claim, had to replace every item that was lost. I can never replace the family pictures and heirlooms that this company 'stole' from us! I filed complaints with the FMCSA, the NY Attorney General, BBB and now just making sure I leave reviews everywhere so this DOES NOT HAPPEN to another family!! The only reason they received 1 star, was so this review can post. REMEMBER.... NORTH SOUTH VANLINE.....TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC.... STAY AWAY!!
