Excellent company! Our move was very easy thanks to Northcoast Moving & Storage. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, from the office staff to the movers. The movers took great care with our items and everything arrived safely. I have no complaints and will definitely use them again!

Don’t even think about it. Very bad service, they lost things, they are not careful moving furniture scratching the floor, the couches were dirty, they fold my matress, etc and the estimate was not real at all. They charge way more than the initial estimate. Not recommended

From staining our white couches to losing all our bedside lamps, to hidden, poorly communicated fees, Northcoast Moving really does everything to make sure your move is as pleasant as putting your head through a concrete wall. My family is no stranger to moving, and we have never had such an abysmal experience. They are happy for as long as it takes you to sign the check; after that, they quickly get tired, and their smiles are replaced by a condescending and passive-aggressive attitude. There is truly no reason to go with this company unless you hate your personal belongings and need a good excuse to get new stuff. AVOID AT ALL COSt

Moe, Terry, and AJ helped us with our move this past weekend. The guys were great to work with and worked very hard. This is the second time we have used them in three years and I will recommend them to others. Thanks for the help guys!

I just was moved by North Coast Movers today from Shaker Hts to Lakewood and it truly couldn't have gone better! From the first call a little over a week ago to the estimate to the move itself they took extremely good care of my family. The crew that moved us couldn't have been nicer or more professional!! I highly recommend them!!
